TRY 53: Happy Birthday Teacherpreneurs, Raise Your Hand

Today marks the first birthday of Teacherpreneurs, Raise Your Hand. I'm excited to celebrate our first birthday with you all. I hope you will join us.

Highlights from the Show:

It is very nice to feel appreciated and to be able to know that you are doing something for some teacherpreneurs somewhere out in the world. So thank you. Thank you so much.

I recently posted in virtual learning party for teacher printers I posted if anyone had anything that they would like to share, or they would like to add in the comments, and I did have somebody write me and give me a little bit of feedback. And I appreciate that so much. And I'm going to share that.

It's from the Introverted Teacher and her name is Evie. She says:

This podcast is professional and engaging. Right from the intro. I've learned about an array of interesting teacher printer opportunities and Trina does it Great job of building rapport with guests.

Thank you so much. That's such a sweet thing to say. I feel like that's the easy part. Like when a guest comes on and is talking to other people. I like that part. That is the part that I really enjoy the most. Because I get to hear this incredible story or information from people that are so knowledgeable that I respect and I love and admire. That part is super easy. I have a great time doing that. That's something that I truly enjoy, and makes this podcast worth it to be honest with you. So that's always exciting. And I appreciate you saying that. that means a lot.

7:31

We don't have to be dressed up and I've had some of the best guests and some of the best conversations with people who when we are both looking like a hot mess. I love it. It just makes it feel more real.

9:42

But if you enjoy the show, or you are finding value, or even if you have something to add, I really would appreciate it if you took the time to review especially on Apple because it helps. It helps with rankings. The show was ranked for a while which was really exciting. And it's a lot of times ranked in Australia, which I really appreciate all our Australian listeners. So thank you and then I didn't do the show for two weeks and it's had a hard time coming back honestly. So if you would like to see that happen again then I would love to have your feedback.

I have a review from FJ hK:

I am really enjoying this podcast has been great information for teacherpreneurs. Trina is also a very authentic host who shares her perspective. I appreciate the fact that she does this. She shares victories and defeats. So you aren't always listening to the highlight reel. Great guests to share a ton of good information.

And you're right. It's not always the highlight reel. I've definitely done some episodes where I have laid it all out on the table and talked about my public failure.

12:16

Through that failure I learned and you know, I I don't think I ever shared like the, the success that came from that. The podcast has really helped a lot with traffic and more bringing more people to my store. And I've also had the opportunity to meet some incredible people through both podcasts honestly. I've met some great teachers all over the world and had outstanding conversations and learned so much from people that was on One Tired Teacher. I've also learned some really great information for teacherpreneurs, and i i was connected to people that have gone on and I have collaborated with them. It’s been an incredible journey.
