This digital citizenship and Internet safety pack discusses media balance and well-being with a focus on digital citizenship and the importance of balancing technology usage, privacy and security with a focus on functioning in a virtual community and so much more! And it’s all done in a way that engages students AND allows for collaborative opportunities.

Digital footprints and identity, relationships and communication, cyberbullying, and news and media literacy is not covered in Kindergarten.

Creating a community with citizenship lessons that cover expectations and virtual safety is essential inside of the classroom and inside your online classroom.

This packet will take about 3-4 class periods to review all aspects of digital citizenship in the Kindergarten classroom.
