As I have been a teacher myself, I totally get not having enough time to do things. But I also know the value of learning something that will change my teaching for the better.
I've taken all of that into consideration. The Mastering Makerspace playbook is broken down into modules or big plays. Each big play contains 4-5 short, to-the-point video lessons or drills. So you will get the information you need and have a feeling of accomplishment as you work through the lessons. This structure was created to prevent overwhelm intentionally. Short wins equal HUGE rewards.
