Setting up a structure for keeping your files organized will save you a ton of time in the future. When everything has a place, it is MUCH easier to find pieces of content that you need. Believe me, when you have produced 100 shows, you will be so thankful you had an organizational structure in place right from the start.
If you plan to have guests on your show for your teacher business, you may want to have your guest fill out a podcast agreement form. I have attached a swipe file below. Feel free to make the necessary changes on your version and use this as a guide.
